My experience here was horrific. I left after a week, very unwelcoming to new employees. Most employees here especially warehouse are snake’s & gossip about others behind their back. If they see something or anything they don’t like they tell even if you’re doing nothing wrong. For example, one morning I was talking to a driver they don’t like & bosses son seen it & ran to tell his daddy. I heard all about it later. They train( more like shadow another driver , who is the ears of the co.)you for 5 days & then throw you out to the wolves with 15 stops with little direction & none of the tools & equipment ( like the iPad, clipboard, or even gloves or pen) you need to do the job. The trucks are garbage & should not be on the road, some even smell like marijuana & full of trash. I heard plenty of stories from the female that work s here ( which also the trainer) of sexual harassment from bosses. Upper management here at Phoenix warehouse are very incompetent, unprofessional, & one in particular always looks like on drugs or extremely tired . They pay is literally minimum wage. When they advertise, they give a pay range keep in mind that their policy dictates that you get the lowest on that range the high would be maybe after 6 to 10 years. They don’t really like new employees here . They make stuff up & tell upper management. When I quit the warehouse manager wanted to fight me , he got really aggressive in his speech, demeanor, & attitude. Wouldn’t stop staring at me like he wanted to hurt me. I had HR on the phone & he conducted himself this way while I was with HR on phone so they heard it all. They give you false or misleading information like the tell you you will be paid $50 for attending a safety meeting weekly with a signature but the real deal is that is an attendance bonus that you only get is u had perfect attendance meaning your their mon- fri on time & work your whole shift. Lots of deception. They have an extremely high turnover for a reason . This review is reflective of the Phoenix, AZ location only.
