      Local Great company parties great travel amazing training non-hovery

      Shady- they promise things and then fall back on them- but after 6 months of training they decided to move office to another state. Without notice, either move with them or be laid off. As a single parent

      Pros

      The people are great to work with and historically the company culture establishes a "family" feel. Very knowledgeable senior staff and company leaders who came up through the ranks. Training for new graduates is excellent.

      Cons

      The company culture is changing now that they are part of the Kiewit Companies.
