Management is awful. During a meeting on employee satisfaction, while manager were surprised at how bad their score was, one of the employee began to explain the problem. During this time, the said manager was playing on his phone... This is just one story, but this survey should have been enough for them to realise that there is a problem.
The job by itself is uninteresting. I have no idea why they need graduate. Basically, you do the same procedure day after day, and this job require close to no analytical skills.
Compensation isn't awful but isn't great either.
