Flexible work schedule, generous time off, and decent pay
Cons
Employees are not valued. Supervisors and Managers have no experience dealing with people. Turn over rate is very high. Employees are just a number in this micromanaged Compliance department.

We are very disappointed to hear of your perspective. At WU, we take employee feedback seriously and work hard to create a culture in which all members of our global team receive the proper guidance and support to succeed. We take your comments to heart and will share your concerns with the relevant teams as we work to improve the employee experience for all.

Pros
Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets
Cons
The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.
- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic.
- 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
