      Pros

      The ice machine is a nice investment.

      Cons

      Management is young. There are some who like to take advantage of the contractor's. They are mean spirited and do not wish to address issues when they arise. They underpay those who are outsourced in other countries because they do not want to have to pay them a higher salary so they choose to ignore any complaints against them.

      Pros

      Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

      Cons

      The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
