      This is a wonderful place to work, and I’m lucky to be here. Western Utility Telecom is a growing company with plenty of opportunities, which is rare these days. Management is supportive, a team-oriented culture is fostered, and the pay/benefits are above average. This is a career, not a job, and I’m not going anywhere.

      Pros

      My direct boss took time to educate me on various things related to the industry, while also allowing me to do work I was suitable for. They struck a good balance of being and internship and letting me feel useful working.

      Cons

      It was 45 minutes away from my home.

      I wish the pay was better QC standards are constantly evolving, makes it hard to know what is expected Company does not show an urgency when it comes to giving performance reviews
