No call, no weekends or holidays

I am a seasoned nurse and have worked in several ORs and this is by far the worst management I have ever seen. The employees who work hard and go beyond their job description are treated poorly and the ones who hide in unoccupied ORs or in the locker room to avoid work or call in sick constantly actually get treated very well. The employees aren’t the problem and it’s unfortunate the management is ruining a great facility.

Poor management. They go on firing sprees and leave the rest of us short-handed. promised 40 hours work week and send us home early, often shorting us 10-20 hrs .
