Pros

Wages are okay but they will work you into the ground to get it.

Cons

when you start here, they tell lots of lies to get you onboard, but once youre in, they forget all the promises they made, They make out you misunderstood and employment contracts arent worth the paper they're printed on. The law doesnt apply to them. i overheard one of the directors telling a manager, who raied concerns and safety, to 'make the problem go away' as he didnt agree with red tape or rules if it was going to cost him money, They brag about how they take employees safety seriously but them penalise people for reporting health issues that are caused by their jobs! a bunch of corrupt hypocrites. And if customers knew how much they over charge they go bust tomorow. No Sick pay. No managment support. no chance for promotion unless you belong to their religious cult. There god is MONEY avoiding paying taxes as much as possible.

Great colleagues, Interesting work- see some very interesting projects and clients. Lot of job satisfaction. Decent commission structure + great work life balance. Team work at its finest.

Cons

Very team focused and group effort focused- naturally introverted people may struggle.

Pros

• A few genuinely supportive colleagues • Standard company perks • Free Pizza on celebratory moments

Cons

• The marketing team is run by a manager who thrives on intimidation rather than leadership. • Bullying behaviour is tolerated, constant undermining, belittled, dismissiveness, and creating a fearful work environment. • No real career growth opportunities because development takes a backseat to control and micromanagement. • The team environment is demoralising, which should be a red flag for anyone considering a role here.
