- Constantly changing priorities - Short-sighted business decision-making - Poor leadership vision and strategy - Very high employee turnover - Below-average compensation - Very top heavy; many EVPs, VPs, Senior Directors, Directors... what do they all do?

Friendly, helpful, caring, not high stress. If help is needed just ask and you will get it. HR is great. All atound great company

Cons

A bit disorganized at times, some things are more important than others one day and the next they are forgotten about

Pros

Located in Vancouver and technology based company. Nice office location which is not in downtown Vancouver. Good work life balance. Good training available.

Cons

Very unstable. Not good change management in difficult times. Very political and difficult to get promoted or raise in compensation. Average salaries are very low compare to industry.
