-Low pay, heavy and increasing workload
-We are told to lie to owners and residents, disregard local laws, and are incentivized to bribe people to post positive reviews. The culture of unethical behavior did not sit right with me, which put me at a disadvantage compared to coworkers who were willing to go along
-Extremely disorganized. Often documents, keys, etc. for buildings go missing. There's so much turnover, no one even knows issues a property experienced a year or two ago.
-The HOA boards and rental tenants despise us. So much of the job is being yelled at, often for good reason, but not being able to do anything because of policies from management. I grew weary of defending the company
-Company had been growing but that has started to reverse. We're getting fired by HOA boards a lot and having more trouble signing new clients. This has come with a couple rounds of layoffs. I suspect it will continue which is why I left.
