Relaxed group of great people who come together to support each other when needed
Cons
Management doesn't seem to work toward the corporate visions well if they even pay it any attention. Also as a salaried employee long hours are expected with no real compensation. The union is king and gets away with to much leaving the salaried team to get blamed.
