A once classy company with a lot of respect for employees is now run by the believed wishes of the shareholders. Employees, particularly those with longer service, are not valued. Benefits are just fair, after once leading the industry in excellent benefits. Too many cuts have been made where the workers are laid off and the abundance of retained management have created too many chiefs and a difficult circumstance for the workers who are left.
