Pros
They work hard to keep talent...no matter what others say, they treat their top performers well. I've been there for five years and my father has worked there for 30 years and through all the restructuring and downsizing and "right-sizing" we've been through, we've learned that if you stick it out and are fortunate to have a job when it's all over, it really is a better company to work for in the end.
Cons
They're going through some long over-due changes right now and it's a little scary, but it's for the best. The main downside from a personal view for me is that they do not at this time allow tele-commuting which would be nice, but it's not a deal breaker!!
