whataventure is truly a people centric company. Our culture is something that stands out and makes us a great place to work. Development is at our core and something that we sepend a lot of time on. There are also many chances for growth and learning in projects and in internal squads. Fully transparent company with all decisions.

There is nothing specific that comes to mind.

Friendly and relaxed, but still professional and ambitious atmosphere. A great sense of community, bolstered by regular team-building activities. Decent flexible working opportunities, with two home-office days a week, and flexible working hours around a fixed block of core time. Luckily no culture around very long hours. You have flexibility in choosing which and how many tasks to take on, and quite a broad spectrum of learning opportunities. The compensation and promotion scheme is transparent and consistent for everybody.

Communication was a bit slow during the application process and the compensation is mid-range for the industry, but there is otherwise not really anything to criticize.
