Pros
Whatnot has created a very positive work environment and culture. The company truly cares about it's employees and users on the platform. They have great pay and benefits, and are flexible with working hours, and make sure you're able to take care of any needs outside of work. Managers and fellow team members take the time to help one another grow and learn new systems and skills in order to be successful. Whatnot is great about promoting from within when new positions open.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but it is a very high pace, high demand work environment, with high expectations of it's employees to execute at a high level. Definitely the most demanding and challenging work that I have done to date.
