Cons
I can't think of cons that feel particularly unique to Whatnot. We're experiencing some growing pains that are common at other startups. Rapid pace: We move very quickly at Whatnot, and several conflicting priorities will pop up throughout the day. It took some time for me to ramp up and adjust to our pace. Shifting priorities: This is the kind of place where no two days look alike. Sometimes, you have to quickly shift gears based on the needs of our business or teams. Change management: Due to our rapid pace, company-wide change management could be better. Changes made in one part of the company could be more proactively shared to other teams.
