      Absolutely incredible team to work with and an opportunity to build an incredible future, both for the product as well as for your own career. They take care of their employees and everyone is a blast to work with!

      Some teams tend to run leaner than others, and can lead to a large disruption as short staffed teams play catch up.

      Pros

      Fast moving and high growth company with a lot of talented folks

      Cons

      The company brought a lot of middle management in during high growth periods which led to the company culture being lost and diluted and ultimately lost a lot of those talented employees who were there since the company was smaller.
