      Get to know clients and help their quality of life better.

      Cons

      This company does alot of shady stuff. You cant be good at your job. They gang up on you and they say, for state purposes, that theres no discrimination but if you don't party or sleep with each other they target you and twist things to show your in the wrong. They are unsupervised and paperwork gets lost on purpose. Every time there is an audit the employees get threatened to be quiet or lose their jobs. And you can't ask for help because they retaliate and try to ruin your lives.

      Pros

      Will make you feel like you're making a difference, some people really care, lots of over time , pretty much unlimited overtime cause lots of people quit or call off. The residents are great, lots of room for advancement or growth

      Cons

      Pay is horrible compared to the work they want you to do. Sometimes mandatory overtime, If you report someone for abuse everyone turns against you. They'll most likely come back. You get attacked by residents. Management is horrible. You really have to be a favorite to get promoted. Lots of people married or related to others at the job & they definitely hire within. scared of retaliation after reported someone for abuse, i had to just get away. they need more people who care cause the majority of people who work there don't.
