The Pros are that there are staff events such as Secret Santa and an End of year party. Generally receive a 13th Check every year. Access to companies' design resources instead of your own.

Extremely unfair work environment that has alot of favoritism. Working same hours from Monday to Friday. Not alot of growth and creative potential since it is in-house. Unsafe work environment in regards to building requirements. No working from home available. Underpaid salary. Will tend to have multiple responsibilities that multiply over time but won't be given an increase for.
