Pros

The owners care about their business and overall it's a pretty decent company...something I lived with for a few years. They used to be more into activities and it was really fun there but they kind of stopped after a while. Comfortable place to work and they are a professional company. The environment was very nice and I don't regret my time there at all. I gained LOTS of experience which catapulted me into a very high position now so I am grateful for them in that respect as well! The employees are really awesome to work with and fun. Just stay quiet, don't mix and mingle too much (because it does get dramatic if you do), and just do your work well you should be good.

Cons

They don't like to pay you what you are worth and they give you bosses who don't know as much as you do. They promote based on that "good ole boy" system. Lots of favoritism; however, you can deal with it if you're just passing through. They don't like it if you are too chatty because the owner will literally ask you "Are you guys talking about work related stuff?" which is actually kind of funny now that I look back on it. BTW the owners work on site. But they're good people...it's just is their business and they run it how they see fit. If you don't like some stuff then just leave. That's what I did!

Pros

Laid back and as long as you play by their rules no one really bothers you. The loud people tend to get let go

Cons

They don't pay you what you're truly worth and they sometimes stick different departments with mandatory overtime for weeks at a time.

Pros

Most of my colleagues were pleasant and eager to help each other. They also provided flexible working schedules.

Cons

Very unprofessional. Management, including the top managers are inadequate and really don't know how to run a business with employees. They are unable to forecast workloads, they constantly changed their policies, no consistency in workflows. The CEO of WPC is very unprofessional and was passive aggressive to their employees. They were never able to concentrate on quality of work, and training didn't exist. This company does not operate in a structured way. Rather, they focus on petty things, such as employees chatting, and they will flip out if you have your cell phone on your desk. They have no trust in their employees, and the employees have no trust in them. The benefit package was also a joke, the premiums were through the roof.
