Pros

Fascinating industry to work in. The membership-based concept and mission has definitely disrupted the private aviation space. The 1% of genuine, good people that work at the company.

Cons

Let’s see, where should I begin here. There are just so many. -Company culture is fake, fake, fake. -Zero work/life balance. -Majority of the people working here are inexperienced “friends” of the CEO or “friend’s kids” that are handed lofty titles/salaries because the CEO owes a favor to the “friend”. -Employees are brain washed into working endless hours for the “big payoff”. -Interns and “friends” are treated like gold hence all the ‘FAKE’ 5 star reviews on here. Damage control alert: It couldn’t be any more clear that HR is asking employees to post 5-star reviews. -SVPs, EVPs & C-suite level personnel are disrespectful, arrogant silver-spoon fed snobs that will belittle/bully you on a daily basis in front of co-workers, mock and body shame you, gaslight you, etc. Defamation of character, anyone? If this sounds like your “dream job” where almost everyone is a “founding partner”, then this frat house is for you. Simply put: don’t believe the hype. Upper management does its best to create a shiny, exterior culture on the outside. The inside is about as dysfunctional and toxic as a culture you can get where the majority of current employees HATE working there and don’t get compensated nearly enough for all the daily mental abuse they have to endure. Do yourself, and career, a favor and find a company that will not only value your talents but respect you as a human being.

Pros

Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

Cons

Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
