No Meritocracy – Market lead has less year experience, Education and knowledge than few members in the team. To have another position in the company, you have to wait 2 years, it doesn’t matter how good you are, what is your work experience, education or knowledge it´s everything about based on the time within the corporation. Pursue an accounting qualification is not that important in the company. No internal position offered for current employees, all the roles are created and have the correct person to be assigned to them. In many cases even future employees are brought from another continent to fill the position. Very few opportunities within organisation. Weak cross-function collaboration, very bad collaboration with Local Finance, lack of internal controls in place to assure functionality of SSC. From 3 to 6 hours overtime for the month end close during 3 days, and in quarter end it can be up to 4,5 days. Old computers and softwares to work with.
