Poorly run company, poorly treated employes - Anonymous employee White Cross Management Employee Review

-CEO is manipulative and very deceptive, with both employees and clients. He tries to coerce his employees into deception with him, which angers him if you aren't willing. -Is constantly paranoid that employees and others are trying to ruin his company, even when they are only trying to help. Has cameras installed to micromanage employees. -I have heard him scream at employees, throw childish temper tantrums, and make employees cry, all on multiple occasions. -Would yell at employees if they were still clocked in even one minute after the office closing time. -Saw no less than five employees and interns come and go within a 6 month period with nothing good to say of the company. -Consistently turns down new ideas, then later complains that the methods in place aren't working. -While work attire is casual, he is generally shirtless, and occasionally wearing nothing but a Speedo. -Has used new hires to spy on other employees. -Motivates through threats and negativity instead of positive encouragement
