Pros
Casual work environment. Minimal micro-managing. They sometimes offer tickets to local beer events to interested employees. Opportunity to learn a bit more about brewing with education classes to full-time employees only. Free beer for workers. Great people to work with for the most part. It's a place where it's ideal if you like to "figure things out on your own" more pro-active types.
Cons
Lower scale of the pay range. Limited Parking (They have 3 buildings along a busy business street, so street and parking lots get full). No real core business structure for those to follow. No real formalized training, you have to figure things out on your own. Don't expect things to be handed to you. A lot of depts that are against each other.
