Casual work environment, working with people with longevity Some of the people working there are truly wonderful, makes you wonder why they've decided to chain themselves there though.

You know those sweatshops in Asia? Apparently they've moved some to Tempe. When I got there, they had almost ZERO documentation about their antiquated "production" process that is riddled with inconsistencies (almost nothing works as designed, there's a "trick" to every single little thing) and you're expected to remember it ALL. Everything is based on antiquated jargon that nobody fully understands. Management pays lip service to desire to use up to date technology, but in reality they're not willing to spend even for simple tools. If you fit in the culture good luck, if not, invest in good stab-proof shirt because the backstabbing can be atrocious. Culture is only slightly toxic, not too bad, just don't ask too many questions. work, don't talk. faster, faster!

People are great and work environment relaxed.
