      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Very challenging environment.

      Cons

      Perks are and promotions are reserved for favorites. Performance is rarely the actual reason for rewards or punishment. There is a disconnect between management and workers. Racial issues are ignored by management. Morale is very low and everyone is on edge. I have worked in 5 different AF squadrons and this is the worst one by far.
