Have not enjoyed working here - Field Coordinator Whitestone Associates, Inc. Employee Review

Pros

Once moving past the field technician position the company allows full remote work

Cons

Opportunities for are few and far between, and raises do not accompany advancement within the company as you must go through a "trial period" in the new position that goes for an undetermined amount of time. This may not be the same experience that all employees at the company have, but it has been mine and my coworkers so I assume this is normal across the board. Upper management will drag it's feet when it comes to giving employees even basic cost of living raises, as well as when transitioning employees over from recruiting companies to full time employment status. They have insisted that they want to change these practices several times during my time working at the company but I have to see any proof that these are anything but empty promises.

Pros

I've been at Whitestone 5+ years and have overall loved my career and time here so far. I enjoy my employees, the atmosphere of the office, and the fun things we get to do outside of work. We have really great benefits and I've been able to choose the direction I wanted to move in.

Cons

I haven't had any cons to report, but sometimes I can become really busy all at once. That said, time management is all you needto handle that.

Pros

Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The work-life balance is excellent. The company being an ESOP shows in the culture. People are generally pretty invested in the work and in each other. Coworkers are supportive, easy to work with, and willing to help out when needed. The benefits are solid and competitive. There also seems to be room to grow and take on more responsibility if that’s something you’re interested in.

Cons

Don’t really have any major negatives to call out. It’s been a consistently positive experience overall.
