Managers are usually helpful. Everyone is usually understanding if you need time off or get sick. Lots of flexibility in your schedule. Management handled the pandemic well.
Cons
Can have a bad time if you work with someone you aren’t compatible with. Hours are 50-60 per week about 5 months out of the year. The company should work on being more diverse.
