Hard-working group of people, coupled with knowledgable management makes for a very positive work environment. Flexible hours and not a lot of overt time makes it easy to still have a life outside the shop.
Cons
Commercial printing, even at its highest form, is still pretty un-rewarding some times. Not some place you can expect yearly raises or bonuses, but not may shops this size offer those perks either.
