Pros
Some people are great coworkers. Few perks of the office- free laundry (random) and gym (hotel gym at best) Lots of free food in kitchen and coffee
Cons
5 days/week onsite Getting questioned about technical candidates from people with non tech backgrounds Micromanaging like I’ve never experienced before, stated they weren’t all about KPIs when all they do is go through base level KPIs talk time on phone, amount of calls per day - not a call center thought we were better than that Don’t trust anyone coming with legit experience from outside. They want their way or nothing. Everyone I have seen with the company with former 2/3+ years of experience has left for good reason. They make it an uphill climb to get a deal candidates have to be picture perfect and they have very low trust because they’ve been “burned in the past”. Funny because the times the company had been burned was from current employees there so now everyone else must bend over backwards FAMILY RUN business and they don’t understand people who don’t want to work around the clock for them. Not everyone is invested enough to make them rich to work OT- they have enticed people to work Had the worst experience here with 6+ years of experience at a couple firms large and small scale
