Great leadership, well organised production, incredibly flexible hours, and plenty of developer independence on specific tasks & features; being at Wicked Witch has been wonderful and I'm very happy I've been able to work here. Wicked Witch does allow crunching on deadlines or for recovering weekly hours; it can be good to soak up bad estimates or for making up for poor productivity (for whatever reason), but its also not that healthy. YMMV if this is a pro or a con.

"Low" salary by international standards (market rate for AU games); crunch tolerance as above, and offices in Mitcham can be difficult to reach from further west (~40mins train from the CBD).
