Pros
- Schedule is posted a month in advance. - Easy to get request and get time off as long as submitted 1-2 weeks in advance. - Depending on how well you do you can get more hours. - Great if you are going to school or need something temporary that pays decent for what it is. - Coworkers are nice. - Learn a good bit about security. - Raise after first 90-days, another raise when you reach your year point. Raises every year if you can manage to tolerate the job enough to stay.
Cons
- No benefits regardless of part or full time employment. - Night schedule work (4:30pm to 2/3:30am or 7-9pm to 5:15-5:30am). - No employee has stayed longer then 1-2 years. - If you can't multi-task, this is not the job for you. - Will likely be dealing with rude residents or property managers for CFS. - No growth.
