Nice work culture, global structure immature - Product Account Manager Widex Employee Review

Widex is a great place to be if you want to grow in responsibility. With the WSA merger, many Widex employees were promoted to WSA roles. Salary for a sales person is decent and within industry average for the market.

Mergers always disrupt workflows. Widex seems to still be finding their footing after the merger and recently laid off a number of lower-level employees. The Widex and WSA exec teams are almost exclusively white, European males, so I sometimes wonder about their commitment to DEEI.

Stable work, no overtime, workload
