Pros

1. Great colleagues and becomes good friends. Only they will stop you on resigning. 2. You will get suprised with every new HR and her new policies. 3. Keep praising CEO and you get good hike. 4. Company is next Cisco with what management dreams, that will bring some motivation in you. 5. No new technology, all old stuffs, so no chance to learn new things.

Cons

1. Current HR is so awesome that you will get motivated twice for resignation if you think once. 2. Fake promisses while joining and in appraisal meetings. 3. Management thinks employees are labors and superman. Unreasonable expectations from each individual. 4. Lack of professionalism and management skills in all managers including CEO.

They are small scale. Soo you have to play at multiple fronts and get more responsibilities to handle.

Cons

Only flaw is micromanagement and less salary
