Small company feel with the resources and stability of a huge company, great coworkers, working for an industry leader has its own advantages, very flexible schedules so long as you are not out in the field, competitive pay, chance to have a part in some exciting and ambitious plans for the future
Cons
There is a great deal of favoritism and established personalities have immense influence in maintaining the status quo, which is quite broken due to ineffective management and/or processes.
