      Tremendous company with very good people and vision. Wilbur-Ellis allows you to grow if you are willing to work for it.

      Cons

      I have worked for Wilbur-Ellis for many years so my views could be slightly biased. This said, there are very few cons, so few, that they are not worth mentioning.

      The company values their employees and the contributions they make.

      Cons

      The headwinds in the Ag Sector are putting pressures on the whole retail segment. Wilbur-Ellis is having to make difficult decision to evolve therefore, employees are feeling the pressures.
