Pros
Great people. The executives and top-level managers are an amazing team. Somehow they maintain the close net caring of the family ownership along with the intense focus on excellence seen in the best publically owned enterprises. It is demanding and rewarding at the same time.
Cons
The industry (Agriculture) is very seasonal. During the season, spring and early summer along with mid-fall the work is intense and the hours can be long.
