      Pros

      Wild Earth was a fantastic company to work. You will wearing many hats and take the initiative on projects. You will develop new skills and contribute to a great team.

      Cons

      Wild Earth is a start up so be prepared to dive in take on many different roles. Vegan dog food is a "newer" concept in pet feeding and takes a lot of explaining how it provides protein to pets diet.
