Pros

There are a handful of really great people.

Cons

As you read through the reviews just notice that every time a bad review is posted, HR immediately posts a five star review to balance it out. Wild Fork has the potential to be great but falls short for a variety of reasons most of which have already been stated in the other reviews. Leadership is too involved in the day to day work and constantly contradicts themselves. Your work day will depend on the mood of the president that day. Many Directors and VPs are unqualified for their positions and can’t do the work required of them (but if you’re in the boys club that’s okay). Too many people at a high level making decisions and not enough people to do the work that is being demanded. They say things change quickly because it’s a start up but it’s not, it’s owned by JBS one of the largest meat distributors in the world (look them up). Expect to work nights and weekends and lose any sense of work life balance. Before taking this job, read the reviews and really think about your choice.

Pros

This is a great company with a strong team oriented culture. Management is approachable, and employees are given the tools and support needed to succeed. It’s a positive environment where hard work is recognized, and there are opportunities to develop new skills. Overall it’s a great job and a great company to work for.

Cons

Every company has minor issues, and this one is no different, but overall the positives far outweigh the small challenges.

Pros

I loved most of the people I worked with. We got free food to take home every month.

Cons

Zero leadership from the manager, although I heard she dipped without notifying her team, which is not surprising at all that that is how she would handle that situation. She knew she was getting fired so she beat them to the punch. Just absolutely toxic no help no real desire to make us want to be there. I think she tried to be nice towards the end, but it was so fake and in genuine that you couldn’t possibly take it seriously and then she catered to the one employee that caused more problems than she did. Once they get the negativity out, the rest of the team is great and if they get quality management and start paying people more than less wage they pay for the selfish expectation they expect it could be a decent place to work.
