Pros
The attractions department and administration above it treat everyone like a family. If you put the time and and effort, they will reward you and you will be satisfied. They are all extremely supportive. Most people think of a resort as a temporary job but the Wilderness is definitely the best career choice in the dells area.
Cons
Not every department has management that will treat them well. Management could be paid higher, most of them work so hard and deserve more than they are getting.
