Wildix Inc. has a fantastic office based in Columbus, Ohio and your former team is made of very knowledgable people who come from the telco/UC industry in the USA, experts about North America channel partners who work relentlessly to make Wildix a successful and solid reality.
Regarding your comments about attrition and retention in Wildix, I invite you to have a conversation with the HR team that can provide you way more solid and reliable data on this topic, rather than a personal assumption.
It's true, benefits package for the US may not be the best, but a fast growing successful company open to feedback will change whatever is needed even 4 time a year until it finds what work best for the employees and the business.
