1. Manipulative management and Hr dep. 2. Will underpay in the name of pay parity. 3. Wouldn’t take action against male managers that have POSH complains against them. The excuse is they cannot replace them. 4. They cannot replace people because they cannot attract good talent or get them to stay once hired. 5. High employee turnover 6. Typical “LALA” company that will create false claims to save a few thousands. 7. Will follow company policy when it works in their favor else you are gonna have to fend for yourself. 8. You become low performing and useless the moment you expect them to do their job. 9. They will never keep their word.
