Great work environment Really care about employees Make sure you have all resources to complete job/project Offer 9/80 schedule Offer a lot of in-house training and reimbursement for outside training.
Cons
Travel between operating areas They are very budget oriented, which is not a bad thing, but this sometimes made it very hard to complete a project/job because they did not want to spend money.
