Pros
The technology used by the Midstream is some of the best in the industry. There are some really great people working with the company and the opportunity to work between disciplines (Engineering , Construction, Right of Way and GIS) allowed me to help quite a number of people to improve the quality of our deliverables.
Cons
Human resources failed to properly evaluate labor churn during acquisition of Access Midstream resulting in significant finacial loss as well as operational and functional impairment.
