Pros

Last year Williams was voted one of the least stressful companies to work for, indicating a positive work-life balance. Benefit package is terrific.

Cons

A majority of mid-level managers lack vision and a sense of urgency which trickles down to staff, creating a culture of frustration and eventually complacency. The company is well-positioned to be a world-class leader, but strategy and vision from executives gets lost in the politics that exists within mid-level management.

Pros

A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

Cons

Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
