Pros
benefits and lead Phlebotomist was very nice and caring.
Cons
the lab manager was horrible and doesn't care about the phlebotomist. The pay is low 14 an hr if you are just starting out. They don't care if you get your 15 min break and coworkers are always calling out which means you have to work harder than you should.
