      Flexibility of hours, proximity of location, some supportive admin/ managerial staff

      Cons

      Poor rate of pay, unboundaried work remit, “dumped on”, disrespected by some in higher management (they threaten to remove my laptop when I am on annual leave/ I am expected to share laptop/ lack of appraisal, lack of positive response to requests for change
