      none that I can think of.

      Cons

      Poor training. and when you make a mistake as the result of poor training, you're ridiculed. The culture is super toxic and the people live in their own world.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, coworkers, self-paced environment, benefits are not terrible

      Cons

      Extreme High Turnover, very little training, upper management is not very supportive, not clear handbook, not great parental leave and CEO will belittle you if you try to ask for more paid time off
