Ping pong, tennis, and hopefully (notice I said hopefully) changes
Cons
Production manager has his favorites and he lets them come and go, lots of family members work there and are allowed to miss a lot of work, Production manager has no real knowlegde of how to run a facility not worth his pay.

Since this review, there have been a lot of changes in the leadership team. We have a new Director of Operations and almost a complete change in Production management. We have a new Safety manager along with new protocols and safety initiatives in place. Glad to know you appreciated the Ping Pong and Tennis court. Both still popular activities today.
Executive direction is not always clear and pay ranges are on the low side but about average for the geographic area

I like that we're in one building now but that has its pros and cons
Cons
We spent a ton of money building a new manufacturing facility in Saint George, UT. Problem is, we're losing to competition. They're doing it faster and cheaper. Our costs are much higher, our quality is no longer that much better, and competitors have quickly caught up with our ideas. Management cries about competitors stealing our IP rather than innovating and staying ahead of the curve. We're losing to the competition and I'm afraid layoffs and further downsizing are imminent.
