      The environment is very nice. Friendly people, nice modern office, large desk spaces, big windows for light. The firm has a reputation and is good at engaging employees with social activities and they have good benefits.

      Low pay, poor progression opportunities, leadership sometimes proves to be lacking, inflexible working arrangements
